New scientific publication by our R&D team

The innovative results of a collaboration between BioAir’s R&D team and the group of Experimental Ophthalmology, part of the University of Geneva, have been recently published in “Biomedicines”.

The article, titled “GMP-Grade Manufacturing and Quality Control of a Non-Virally Engineered Advanced Therapy Medicinal Product for Personalized Treatment of Age-Related Macular Degeneration”, explores the development of a personalized cell-based gene therapy to treat age-related macular degeneration and the establishment of a validation strategy of the GMP-grade manufacture for the ATMP.
